I can’t think highly enough of Glynn and his team. I put a deposit down on a vehicle and unfortunately due to an operation of which I had been waiting quite some time,finally came through. I won’t be able to drive for quite some time now . I phoned Glynn and without hesitation immediately returned my deposit although it had gone over any legal requirement too. Glyn was brilliant when I contacted him about the Htundai i40 especially at this difficult time with the restrictions of Covid-19. I booked an appointment for a test drive. The car was waiting for me. Glyn said there is half a tank just take your time and no rush. I decided I wanted the car and Glyn made the whole process easy. He made sure everything was right with the car and put a 1 year MOT on it, He got his Mechanic to check everything and something needed sorting so it was done without any quibbles. I would highly recommend Pudsey Service Centre. Honest, efficient, helpful, communication was great and a great manner by Glyn. There was no pressure and extremely genuine. Have just bought a vehicle with 32,000 miles on it. Dealing with Chris and his colleague was a great experience just to start. The vehicle needed MOT and it was done, I was kept up to date all the way through the process. After two days, we had some problems with the braking, Chris immediately attended to it and. one or two other small things, no quibbling, he just got the job done. As I have said to him, it is hard to find a trustworthy, second hand car dealer, but he was a man to his word, along with which his beaming smile and positive attitude made it a very pleasant process. Thanks very much Chris and well done. We will be back to Pudsey Service Centre for our next car.

Bought a Mitsubishi Lancer from Pudsey Service Centre - great looking car, friendly service - no pushy sales pitch and the car was ready within 2 days of confirming the purchase. Collected an immaculately clean car - very happy but unfortunately the car developed an engine problem. Car taken back and Glyn, Max and the whole team could not have been more helpful it getting the car sorted. Max even lent me his own car to get to work and back as there was no courtesy car available! We received daily updates on the progress and the car was returned to us in full working order as soon as possible. Cannot thank the guys enough - amazing value for money & great customer service. Will definately be back when our daughter needs a car - thanks again everyone.

Bought a car from Pudsey Service Centre, sale man told me if I have any problems they will fix, also told me it had a receipt for a timing belt done, pretended for weeks they were looking for the receipt. Also I mentioned that the two front tyres were worn so they took of all four continental tyres and put on cheap all good tyres, still don't know why they touched the back tyres, probably because they would have paided for all four tyres. Also didnt replace alloy protectors, Nothing but problems and hassle so I gave up waiting for manager to call me back!
