Prompt and safe delivery of the car by Bob a few days later when he also viewed a car we wanted to sell. He offered us exactly what we wanted for it and came the following week to collect it. We'd looked at a few Lexus' before the one we bought from Ryan. It was in excellent condition and so much better than the newer ones with lower mileage that we'd seen. Looking at the other cars for sale, they all looked in excellent condition. We'd recommend looking here for a good car.

I was considering cars from two dealers, one of which was 'Quality Cars Today.co.uk' in Sheffield. This was quite a trek so I wanted to gather as much info as possible before going. They had recent reviews of only 1*, including one about a £500 refundable deposit not being refunded. This was worrying but there may have been more to it than met the eye, so I rang to ask. Ryan said he knew nothing about it and then tried to evade by asking if I had the right dealership. Overall I found him surly, terse and defensive. If he behaves like that to a harmless question, what will happen if I buy a car from him and there's a problem? Not the sort of person I wish to do business with, thanks very much.

Just bought Bentley from Ryan at Quality Cars Today. Arranged to cal over at short notice and found he was most accommodating. Car was turned out perfectly and at a time to suit me. Found him efficient, pleasant and very fair. Always looks to have a good selection high quantity cars on display.

I call in when I was passing I didn't know you need to make an appointment the gentleman when I say gentlemen I'm been kind I spoke to in the car park was 1 of the rudest person I've ever spoken to to say he wants my money which they will never get now and if they where to go bankrupt I wouldn't lose any sleep I've given 1 star and that's 1 to many the best advice I can give is stay away for them.

The seller was difficult to contact and did not answer phone. Eventually when contacted requested a refundable deposit which he later refused to refund. Not very helpful or reliable.
