All I will say is MOT wasn't correct. took car to DVSA and will now be seeking compensation.
Brought a bmw series 1 2008 from Radley Motor Company ...car is excellent as told in ad no issues with car at all.. took it to bmw for service for peace of mind Told car in 100% condition no faults ..great service from this garage salesman was genuine no push ..would but again ....thanks ....Gary.

We recently visited Radley Motor Company to test drive a Vauxhall Insignia. I rang the day before to check the vehicle was still available and then again on the morning of the visit. Bearing in mind we were travelling from Cornwall I didn't want to get there and find the car had gone! When we arrived the car was right in the middle of a large number of cars and clearly not ready for a test drive. It was too dark in the showroom to see the car properly. After some persuasion the salesman agreed to get it out so we could see it properly and take it for a drive. Whilst he was doing this we looked at the logbook and the power quoted didn't match that we'd seen on the web. There seemed to be some question as to the number of owners too. Once out in the open it was easy to see that the rear wing had been re-sprayed. The test drive seemed OK but there was nowhere to get the car up to speed. We didn't do the deal on the day as I needed to check details especially the power output and the cost of having the respray done properly. In the end we decided there were too many discrepancies for us to be satisfied, so I rang to let the dealer to let them know, at which point I was accused of being a time waster... Incidentally if you can get from the M42 to this dealer in 2mins then you're a better driver than me! I don't know if it's just me but I expect better than this these days.

When did you buy the car or you didnt. I had the same sort trouble but its a good dealer compare to others ya know some of chaps good and happy some just moody but its good dealer.
Picked up the car today found one little fault that was sorted straight away. Would buy another vehicle from them.
I think if I had read reviews first I may not have visited Radley motors and missed out on a great car at a great price. I felt very relaxed and not pushed to buy. Once the deal was made the car was put through an MOT wheels replaced and ready a day later. Friendly and efficient service.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE They lie, will not repair the dodgy car they have just sold to you! MOT is done by the garage itself, I bought a car which had 12 months MOT just done! Brought it to a friend of mine who looked it over and told me it was a death trap! Wasted 3000 pounds on a car I couldn't drive! I called the garage and they were rude they didn't want to know and hung up on me! I went back to the garage and was basically laughed at! Do not believe a word they say, and warranty to these people mean nothing!

(it only lets me reply not to put review up so.....) don't type nonsense !! i bought a lovely x1 xdrive of these chaps had a problem was sorted straightaway . Even when buying the service was great from the young man , I been ripped of in the past, So i am more careful,alert and focused. when buying (don't let anyone make you buy) that's my mindset but lol these chaps left me with 15k car with my two lovely boys. with both keys sooooo i would recommend this garage as its family business . (that gave me bit of confident) but 8 months on am happy. Thanks for everything means lot thank you from the dean family!!!!!
I bought a car from here on Thursday but have waited a few days with the car before reviewing as we had a long drive coming up from Birmingham to North Yorkshire. It was a lovely drive and so currently we are really pleased with car. They left us alone to look around which I like. If there was any criticism it was that I wasn't really sure where to find the salesmen when I needed them, I wasn't sure if I was allowed upstairs to find them once we had decided. Perhaps I missed a sign or something but if not perhaps a good idea. The car was as described. I can't comment on knowledge as we really didn't feel the need to ask, the car spoke for itself. They give us all its history paperwork though. They also pointed out it only had 3months MOT left and checked we were OK with that. We wanted the car quickly and it was ready for us to collect within the time it took us to take our current car home and my partner sorting insurance and hopping on the bus to go back for it. To two men we dealt with were polite and helpful. Again if I had to make any criticism it would only be that perhaps they come across quite 'casual' in their approach but personally I don't mind that to much and it didn't distract from the overall experience.
