Dealt with Richard,On way home with car,flagged up fault. They came picked up car repaired fault on dashboard & delivered with full tank.Absolutely great bunch of guys very helpful, no pressure. Would buy from again in the future.

we made a long distance purchase. the car at Redburn Motors was 165 miles from us so it was essential that the description and subsequent conversations were accurate. The staff (Lee) were very straightforward, helpful and most importantly honest. They made us very welcome, gave us lots of time and support. all together a very good experience. I would not hesitate to go there again for another car.

I highly recommend this garage as on both our visits Brian then Lee were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. There is certainly no hard sell here as we were left alone to browse the cars at our leisure, both my wife and I had very good vibes from experienced staff. I collected my car today and am very happy!

I walked into the show room and found a car I wanted to test drive ,it was at the very back of the showroom, when I asked to test drive the car ,it was not a problem to move a showroom full of cars. before all this happened I decided to buy the car without a test drive as the whole set up gives a very good vibe. I asked for the timing belt and water pump to be changed due to a bad experience I had, this again was no problem. After I drove the car I could hear a rattle ,when I contact them again no problem took the car back all sorted in 10minutes .All of the staff are helpful and very customer focused .

Amazing service from start to finish. Went in to view a car I'd seen on the Internet, all staff were wonderfully helpful and couldn't do enough for us but without being over the top and pushy. Richi the salesman we dealt with even spoke with my husband over the phone and answered all his questions. Staff kept garage open late so my husband could view vehicle and take it out for a test drive. We purchased our car on Wednesday and it was serviced, had MOT done etc...and was shiny and sparkly and ready to collect on Saturday morning. Can't fault the garage on any level and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We were very impressed at the range of vehicles to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Some minor 'touching up' of paint work was completed to a good standard as promised and overall we had a very positive experience of Redburn Motors...we would definitely go there again.

Firstly they have a very good selection of vehicles. The prices are reasonable, I was happy to pay a bit extra for a good example (low mileage/FSH). Car I bought had dash lights appear on test drive, which were fixed but no knowledge of what had been done could be given & no evidence on the MOT were available. Faults returned day after picking car up and proceded to get worse. Took to main dealer for diagnostic, concern over tampering with DPF, problems with system and DPF itself shot. Potential to cause engine damage in this model. Told to drive it back anyway by seller. Didnt spend extra for a vehicle that needed work/was faulty. Took back for refund within 3 days, confidence in seller lost, still claiming "loose sensor" after 5 minute visual. Garage personnel were fair, polite and delt with me appropriately. Repair/exchange offered, full value refunded at request. No haggeling or pressure. Could have been much worse, could have been a 1 off vehicle. I'll offer caution but not dismiss them should anyone ask.

Lee was a mint guy from start to finish no pushing to buy his car good honest and trustworthy man got myself and my wife our first family car absolute pleasure to do business with once again thank you lee from Paul & Gemma
