Just bought a car and all I can say is the car is great, Keith and Michael are very helpful but also professional. They answered all my questions and were friendly but never pressured me at all, they made things very easy. Without any doubt I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

The service and help we got from both Michael and Keith were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and Michael went the extra mile to ensure we could take the car straight away. Michael was very knowledgeable about the car and all aspects relating to tax, insurance etc. The advice we received was first class and we were not pressured in any way to buy. We are delighted with our new car. All in all a very pleasurable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I went to look at a car for my grandson. I was treated very courteously, nothing was a bother. I was given access to the car, to look around, taken for a test drive, etc. I went home to think about it, get insurance quotes & rang next morning to say I wanted car. This was done very smoothly, papers signed & took delivery. I was given a courtesy call next morning, reported how thrilled we were, & just had to say I'd recommend the company to anyone. I got a very good deal,on trade-in as well

I was given a great deal for my old car in part exchange and everything was so easy. I was more than happy with the whole experience and the service I received was second to none. Bought a car that was advertised with a full service history from Redburn Motor Company. Turned out the logbook and service history were "to follow" which is quite common apparently. Logbook was "lost" and service history book was also "lost". I checked with main dealers and car did not have FSH. They ordered a new service book from the main dealer which they promptly lost again. Finally after almost 4 months of having the car and numerous phone calls (when they didn't pretend they couldn't come to the phone) with the totally uninterested two managers I finally received a replacement service book. Cars look good and they couldn't be more helpful until they get your money but then after care does not exist. A customer service course would not go amiss. I would NEVER buy another car from Redburn Motor Company.
