Can't fault these guys , especially Dave naungton he has picked and dropped off our car when it has had a service , Dave such a nice guy always helps just an all-round good guy , thanks Dave.

Part-exchanged my Dacia Duster for a newer model. The guys were all very helpful, particularly Martin and Dave and went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. It’s rare these days to go somewhere (especially a car dealers) where it’s not all about money and they go above and beyond what they need to, to make sure you get exactly what you want at a very fair price. Dave really put himself out to ensure I drove away a very happy customer! I can’t fault them and was very impressed - if you want a great car and great customer service, I highly recommend them.

I bought a car from them I was told that the car was fully serviced and that I would receive a free inspection every year Only promises A year and a half later, after I called them, they told me that they had forgotten to call me because they had a lot of customers. I will never buy from them again

We put our Dacia Duster in for warranty work at Renault Orpington. The car was in for 3 weeks and when returned had paint damage that was not present when collected by Renault Orpington. Despite continued discussions they have failed to rectify their work, and have basically refused to make good their error. Would not recommend this dealer for any work.
