Gill Glasgow is such a genuine nice lady, from the moment I walked into Marshall Volkswagen, Newbury I was greeted with a nice warm presence. Gill went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to purchase my dream car. I had a few issues on my side, but Gill came through for me and got everything sorted for me. Gill never failed to make me smile and, she has now become a friend that I can call, should I have any worries or concerns. On the day of collection of my car, Gill took lots of lovely pictures of me. It was such a rememberable day that I'll never forget. I love my car so much! It is very rare in this day and age to still have people thrive on giving customers outstanding customer service, which shows how committed Gill is to her work. I purchased a Polo from this dealership in May. The initial service was horrendous! But after speaking to the director of the company it was a lot better. We collected the car when it was dark, only to realise in the morning that the car was covered in white polish. The cat had had issues with they were resolved very quickly and the car was the perfect price but I would not use this dealership again unless I was dealing with the director directly.
