Last Wednesday (July 8th) I visited RRG Altrincham with a view to ordering a new RAV 4. I had an appointment with salesman Rob Crank for 10.00 and despite being a little early, Rob was with me in an instant. Despite being familiar with the vehicle (I'd owned a RAV 4 for the last three years), Rob patiently explained all the new features and described it as a brilliant car. Rob sorted out the details, - colour, engine size, availability and delivery dates etc. most professionally. I felt his manner was just right - friendly and very helpful. I have been dealing with RRG since summer 1998 when their Timperley showrooms opened. This next car will be my fifth Toyota, all bought and serviced at this dealership. At all times over these last 22 years this dealership has served me extremely well. Every Toyota I have owned has performed faultlessly and I have recommended the vehicles to others who have been similarly satisfied. Needless to say I am looking forward to my next RAV 4!

Was approached by Julia meet and greet lady offered my Husband and I a drink, very polite Lady, she then brought Rob the Salesperson. From start to finish he was very Helpful Professional felt like I had known him for years. I had found the car I wanted, Beautiful little Yaris I love it. I went into RRG Altrincham Toyota for a motability car. Immediately we were offered a cup of tea by a member of staff and Steve and Rob took care of us show us around and did a test drive of an Aygo very happy with the service and the staff were excellent would recommend them thank you

AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE AGGRESSIVE STAFF. The dealership is absolutely awful and their customer services is really atrocious. I bought a TOYOTA Yaris as my third car and have I regretted using this company. The reception is rude and if you even suggest that that you are waiting they would aggressively verbally attack you. The place is as they themselves stated ' short staffed' and therefore cannot even provide service required.

Having had a look at a number of Toyota dealerships when wanting to change my car I am sooooooooo very pleased I came across RRG. They are a cut above all the other dealerships I contacted - by a country mile. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this garage to anyone. Don't delay just contact them. A work colleague uses RRG Macclesfield and says exactly the same thing about them, so it's no fluke. Well done to RRG Altrincham and especially Matt - you know what customer service is and I never felt I was an inconvenience - unlike a number of other garages.
