having had my bmw taken to rybrook shrewsbury by bmw service technician,was told my clutch and flywheel had bent going through water on road was told warrenty company wouldnt pay,,when the bill arrived it was £2,500 this is £1,000 more than it should have cost.i told the service manager iwas being overcharged but was told it was because it was a genuine bmw clutch so costs morebut they had fitted an luk clutch and flywheel which was the same as they took out which was fitted at manufacture,my local garage could buy this clutch ,flywheel and all bolts etc for only£500 with labour and vat this would have cost me £1,200 this is a total rip off company and you should steer clear,also the staff in the service department were rude,arrogant.i love my bmw cars but this is the last time i would buy anything or have any repairs done by rybrook shrewsbury the staff who were very poor are mathew smith service manager and peter powell after sales manager
Like other reviewers the standard pretty much goes downhill rapidly after you purchase your vehicle. Although car dealers/staff have a loose reputation with the truth generally you would expect better from BMW. Not so at Shrewsbury branch we have decided to purchase elsewhere as the service to-date including today is just shoddy. Although had booked appt today for a recall (faulty part) a day to fix/replace and now suddenly the courtesy car is no longer available. Arranged this a week prior. Thanks as I have nothing better to do with my time than get arsed around by some jobsworth. Rybrook BMW Shrewsbury you have just lost another customer. How many more before you realise? If your prices are a third higher eg. tyres parts services etc..... what are we paying for certainly not a superior service.
Arrived at Rybrook BMW Shrewsbury and the two young ladies at reception were welcoming and referred me to Adam - salesman. Another big welcome from him and off to the car I'd come to see. Adam is a fantastic salesman and does his job well. A good Dealership indeed.
Recently took my used car here. Customer Service was excellent , Was seen directly on arrival and I would not hesitate in recommending this dealer to anyone. A big thank you to Jake.
Rybrook Shrewsbury lavished attention up to point of sale, small issues dealt with. Very slow to return money owed to me from deposit and part ex deal, still waiting nearly two weeks after sale, fed up with excuses.
