I provided them with the spec I was looking for and they exceeded my expectations, finding and delivering a really lovely high spec, excellent quality vehicle to me. Throughout the process they liaised with the finance company on our behalf and delivered the vehicle to us in South Wales. Their enthusiasm for their work and commitment to the customer is exceptional. Purchased a 2006 Kia from SCS a month ago. After a month with the car I’ve not had any horrible surprises and I’m very happy with the car. The dealer was very helpful, friendly and wasn’t pushy, which made the experience pleasant. However I’ve knocked a star off because the car was not exactly as the advert. When test driving the car I noticed the aircon did not work (scs offered to fix this but I’d travelled to see the car so they instead gave me extra warranty). The car was advertised with a full service history but no history was provided with the car. And I descovered on the drive home that the cruise control does not work. None of the issues would have stopped me buying the car but they were not mentioned in the ad. It is likely Scs didn’t know about the aircon and cruise control not working but it’s a shame nevertheless
