What can I say about SCS and especially Simon. They are the least pushy most helpful car dealer you will visit. I visited them following a few visits to other places that only seemed concerned with pushing finance on me so was a really nice refreshing change to be in an environment where I was listened to. They could not of done more to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, the details of how far they went would need several pages. Thanks guys for your friendly, approachable attitude and for getting me sorted with my IX35. I will be back. Top marks

I recently purchased my car. When I 1st arrived I was welcomed with warmth & a friendly approach. I was offered a drink & just left to look over the car at my leasure & then test drive the car on my own, with no pressure what so ever. All my questions were answered fully & with good natured humour. When I returned with my daughter, to pay for & collect my car everything was organised to make the payment & document transfer go very smoothly, with help & understanding in abundance; in such a relaxed, but professional atmosphere. I was given assistance to set the navigation system to my home address, nothing was too much trouble. My daughter commented to me how helpful, friendly ,professional and obliging both Simon & Dave were. Great customer service guys. I had been looking for a particular car for some time with not much success until I saw one on SCS's website. Looked perfect for me. Enquired and was helped by David who was very friendly and informative about the vehicle, he then left me to decide and be sure that I wanted to proceed, nothing pushy and no pressure whatsoever. I did go ahead with a part exchange for my car, The car was delivered to my door and Ive not looked back very happy. Aftercare with SCS was great aswell as I had lost the spare key and log book to mine but they were extremely patient giving me time to sort that out. Highly recommend.
