Booked my car through the Secret Service Scheme for a service. Took my car in and Matt rang me to tell me what they had found. Tried to charge me £58 to replace 6 bulbs that hubby could replace for less that £8. I also requested a diagnostic £120 for my gearbox which told me what they thought it was bit said they could not repair it as they didn't do gearboxes. Got hone and found they hadn't stamped service book or their sheet from Book My Garage. I then discovered large patch of paint had been removed from C Pillar. Went back next day and after some persuasion from me admitted it had come off due to their pressure washer bit as manager on hols cannot be resolved. I'm not holding my breath judging by the reviewer here who discovered a dent in their car after a service. To top it all my car is an auto yet on the service sheet clutch oil and the clutch were ticked as okay. I know I'm a blond but even I know my car is an auto so no clutch. Avoid at all costs.

Called in, understanding there is a Covid closure, though it was purely for viewing cars in the car park, found something we liked, and yes we seen a masked salesman wandering about,,we approached him and he advised up to pay a rserve fee on the website,, we only wanted some questions answered, to which he advised us the other salesman would be in in a while, and would get him/her to ring us, all day no call, we had seen another car elsewhere, so time 3pm came, we rang the other garage, made an appointment for 4pm, and hey ho, were an awful lot of money down with them, because they can bother! ,so Snows,, you snooze, you loose,, poor service

Put my wife's Fiat 500 in for a service, not all of the work was done, despite being on the Job sheet and they damaged the car. When I collected the car, I noticed a small dent on the roof, I notified the garage immediately and they asked me to take the car back the following saturday. When arrived the gentleman on the service dept knew nothing about it. I received a call the following Monday saying they were not accepting liability because they were sure that if anyone had damaged the car, "they would have said so". I produced a receipt from Chips Away, proving that any scratches on the car had been removed the day prior to going in for a service (pure coincidence), despite this, they said they were unwilling to have the dent looked at. To top it all off, the Service manager Glen told me they had asked for a quote, but their repairer wouldn't do the roof. It looks like they have found out the repair is costly and are trying to weasel out of it. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE
