I had never bought a car before, and I had no idea about this process. It was a great decision to get in touch with the guys from Shirlton Car Sales regarding the car that I've been really interested in. Already by telephone conversation it was clear that customers are treated with respect and I should get a car with no issues. When appearing in the dealership I was met in a nice and welcoming manner. The car was well prepared and I was immediately given the opportunity to inspect it and make a test drive. There was no pressure from the seller in any way and I could take my time. When inspecting a car, it suddenly turned out that one of the brake lights did not come on, however the problem was solved in a very short time, so I guess this would apply to any problem if it occurs. Everything was explained to me regarding all the documentation and also guys helped my to tax the vehicle on the spot. I would definitely recommend everyone to use this dealership as the guys know their business. Thank you and I wish you good luck with your business!

Great service great car great price only one point I would of given them 5 stars if the car had been valeted it had paper car mats but the carpets were stall dirty underneath and around the doors and hatch and bonnet were all still full of dirt and leaves only a small point but it would of been the extra mile Many thanks J Sargent.

We went to look at a 2006 SLK just to get a feel for it. We were thrown a curve ball as the advertised photos did not do the car any justice. So, we did buy a lovely, well looked SLK. Few minor issues were resolved before we took possession of car. We would not only recommend the SLK, but Shirlton Car Sales for their friendly and approachable sales pitch.

found the car on autotrader I went and had a look found it right away just outside the forecourt. When taken for test drive noticed a noise and told the salesperson who had it sorted straight away . I purchased the car and drove it around all day today and it has ran perfectly no problems at all.

After an initial problem arose whilst viewing the car (which was late in the day and the only reason I cant give 5 stars), David called me the next day and sorted everything out. The car was delivered a few days later by Steve who had it looking great. He also had the car serviced which was beyond our agreement and which I am very grateful for. Up to now, the car is running nicely and I'm really happy with it. Initial problems aside, David and Steve went out of their way to sort things out which has led to me being a happy customer and I would recommend them based on their good after sales service which for me is the most important factor when buying a second hand car.
