Bought a car from here blind due to distance. Car was walked through on the phone and advertised as excellent condition with just 2 stone chips. Fast forward a week when I received the car and clean it to count over a dozen scrapes and scratches and probably 30 stone chips to which Adam the owner just stopped communicating about. On top of that which echoes other reviews, it was put through mot at the garage next door on purchase, yet I received the car with the hand brake not releasing so would definitely question the relationship with the garage next door. Luckily I dipped the oil too as it was well below the low level. Class A used car lot Del boy here

I noticed a smart fortwo (2014) had just arrived into their premises. It had not been valeted but I made contact with Adam. He provided a rough part ex for mine. Once it had been fully valeted I made contact to visit the premises with a view of purchasing the vehicle subject to a full inspection and test drive. This was on Monday 22/2/2021, and I made an appointment to pop in on Tuesday at Noon.... He called me at 10.30am to say it had been sold. I made it clear how unprofessional that was!

He did, what he said he would do. 12 month MOT, Service, two tyres, AA roadside assistance and six months warranty, all included. Will certainly be spreading the word about Small Family Car.
Great dealership, great cars and very good service. The lad that was serving me when I bought my Ford Focus was really helpful and friendly. The car was clean and in good shape and I have had no issues with it. I would happily recommend this dealership.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Small Family Car back in June. The dealership were incredibly quick in getting everything sorted, very efficient service, the car was ready to pick up 2 days early than they originally said and they still managed to service and MOT it for me.

I've no reason not to give Small Family Car 5 stars, Andy did everything that was needed, he was a nice nice man to deal with. I had a small problem with the battery that he sorted quickly and with no fuss, the car has been great and has no other problems since.
