I cannot thank Ashford Toyota enough for their excellent service, professionalism and care throughout the process. I had been extremely stressed and worried about a noise coming from my car. Another garage had diagnosed the issue as a faulty dog bone engine mount that needed replacing. However, they were unable to source the original part, so I decided to contact Toyota directly and managed to book my car in with Ashford Toyota for diagnostic checks the following day. As I was working, I was unable to drop the car off first thing in the morning. The team kindly offered me the option of bringing it in the evening before and leaving it with them, which made things much easier for me. From the moment I arrived, Rhianna was absolutely fantastic. She welcomed me warmly, organised everything efficiently and kept me reassured throughout the process. I really appreciated how well I was looked after, especially as I had been feeling so stressed about the situation. Ashford Toyota prioritised my car the following morning and quickly identified that the dog bone engine mount was actually fine. The problem was a faulty wheel bearing, and thankfully, they had the part available. The repair was completed that day, and I was able to collect my car that same evening. Most importantly, the noise was completely gone, and I finally had peace of mind! I was shocked that the original garage had misdiagnosed the issue, as this had caused me unnecessary worry and delayed getting the problem resolved. Although taking the car to Toyota was more expensive, it was absolutely worth it for the accurate diagnosis, efficient repair and outstanding customer service. A huge thank you to Rhianna and the entire Ashford Toyota team for making what had been a stressful experience so much easier. Just had our land cruiser in for a service and are very pleased with the workmanship. Had private plates made as well and cannot fault the team. My husband and I were recently in the Steven Eagell showroom in Ashford and were greeted by Mr Stewart Hopkinson. Our intention was to buy an Aygo but when Stuart who spent some time with us and learnt of my needs in choosing a car, very sensibly showed us a Yaris since he felt that would suit my needs better. I recently part exchanged my eight year old Toyota Auris for a 2018 RAV 4 excel. Kash took my enquiry and dealt with me the whole way through. He invited us to take a test drive for a couple of hours and on return discussed the finances with me in detail. Throughout the whole process he could not have been more helpful or informative.
