Just had our land cruiser in for a service and are very pleased with the workmanship. Had private plates made as well and cannot fault the team. Special mention for Alyson who always greets you with a smile and a great cup of coffee. Also to Vikki for arranging the service and number plates. Nothing is ever too much trouble for these lovely people.

My husband and I were recently in the Steven Eagell showroom in Ashford and were greeted by Mr Stewart Hopkinson. Our intention was to buy an Aygo but when Stuart who spent some time with us and learnt of my needs in choosing a car, very sensibly showed us a Yaris since he felt that would suit my needs better. I recently part exchanged my eight year old Toyota Auris for a 2018 RAV 4 excel. Kash took my enquiry and dealt with me the whole way through. He invited us to take a test drive for a couple of hours and on return discussed the finances with me in detail. Throughout the whole process he could not have been more helpful or informative. My wife, Maureen, and I bought a Hybrid Auris from Toyota Ashford three years ago, and recently, went back to look for another small car for Maureen to use herself. The Salesman, Bob, who sold us the Auris initially, was very helpful and considerate to our needs as customers, and, although he searched on line to find something, we decided that Maureen would adopt the Auris and I would find an older Toyota Avensis (because I had one previously). As we both have personalised number plates, and I couldn't work out how to do the necessary online registration swopping, I went back to Toyota, Ashford, asking for their help. Bob straight away offered all the help needed and, with the assistance of Scott and Kash, Bob not only ensured that the transfers were successfully achieved, but also had the two sets of plates made up and fixed to the cars at the same time. I cannot praise and thank them all highly enough for their help and efficiency, and they will certainly be seeing us again when we are looking for the next car we decide to buy.
