I bought a car from them and a few months later the engine died and everything broke down. I phoned them to get some help at which time they promised to help but no help at all just ignored letter and phone calls. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES OR HELP WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!

Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback. Could you please tell me what car you bought from us and send us a copy of receipt to our email address : shaficars@hotmail.com. Also I could not help but notice that you left 3 negative reviews under 3 different usernames on Yell which I believe is inappropriate. Please note we ensure that we provide high quality customer service and ensure all our vehicles are checked, MOT passed and safe to drive. Also we do offer 3, 6, 12 months warranty options for cars in case any unforeseen problems do occur in vehicles.
