Took a Dacia 2013 out on finance. 2 weeks in the horn stops working and the wheel came off!!!! RAC said we are lucky to be here. The reply from Craig at Tony Oates? 'cars are dangerous', 'its an old car', 'it is what it is' Great salesman who is terrible at actually caring about his customers' welfare.

Popped into Tony Oates Garage earlier today with a minor problem & the after sales service was excellent above & beyond as they say !! One of the lads even found a lipstick for me that I had lost under front seat and could not find. THANKS CHAPS.

I have bought several vehicles from Tony Oates Garage over the years. I have always been treated excellently and nothing is too much trouble. Can highly recommend this garage and have done to friends and family who have also made purchases and have been equally pleased. Craig, Ryan and all the staff do an excellent job. Initially I was told one price for the car I bought from Tony Oates Garage, then went through the financing, finalised the deal and went to buy it and it was £1,000 more. Although, to be fair, I think the first person just got the price wrong as it seemed relevant to similar cars on the lot. I had problem after problem with the Turbo, however and they tied all ways for me to get it fixed, and at no charge even when it was slightly out of warranty. In the end I gave up and bought a new one and at a great exchange deal, especially as they knew they were getting a car back that caused issues. The new car is just a dream, and has caused so few issues that I totally neglected to realise that the MOT had expired until I came to tax it right now!

I called into Tony Oates Garage for some help on a noise from my car. the mechanic drove it up the rod and back and told me it wad a fuel pump costing around £1000. not having the funds l left feeling down and at a loss, something tld me to get a second opinion and it turned out to be a crank sensor costing £48.00.

Absolute disgraceful customer service paid for 12 months warranty only fulfilled 6 months as the car I purchased had issues constantly refused to refund me 6 months. Aggressive salesman called Craig and his father Tony (the owner) is a foul mouthed man and the mechanics are clueless, they would struggle to put lego together. I wish I avoided should be closed down.

Tony Oates Garage were awful. Recurrent issues not resolved. Salesman got aggressive. Faulty goods not fit for purpose. Warranty waste of money.
