My family has always trusted The Trade Centre for our cars, so it was an easy decision to come here when I needed a new one. This time I chose an Audi Q and it’s been great so far. I’m happy to give 5 stars because the service was excellent and I have no complaints!

This is my first time owning a Volkswagen, and I’ve found its features and functionalities surprisingly easy to navigate. The team at The Trade Centre Wales were fantastic! Several staff members assisted me throughout the day which made the process really efficient.

One thing I'll say about the Trade Centre Wales is that everyone was absolutely lovely to deal with. They made sure I had plenty of cups of coffee throughout my visit and I drove away in a quality car the very same day! Very efficient!

Hats off to Ricky who was the gentleman that looked after me, he really did a great job. Everything has been hunky dory with the car since leaving TTCW Neath branch. I'm off work now until next year, so I've been clocking a few miles on the Passat and I've got nothing but good things to report.

My Ford Puma ST-Line has been great for my daily commute to and from work. Once I was happy with everything on the car, the team kindly offered me a test drive, though I decided not to take them up on it. So far I haven’t had any issues with the car and feel very satisfied with the whole sales experience.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt genuinely well looked after. I came to view the Nissan Qashqai they had available and found everyone to be incredibly helpful. The paperwork process was straightforward, with everything clearly explained. Overall, a great experience with the fantastic team at the Neath branch.

Everything's been great with my new car so far. I've given it a good run out on a few long trips and it's driven perfectly so I can't fault it. This is my second car from this Trade Centre and both times I've driven away with cars that I love. I did have to bring the car back a couple of times because of a tyre pressure issue, but the team managed to sort it for me and it's not bothered me since. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was fab! If you're looking for a dealership you can rely on both during and post-purchase, you've found them.

The car I purchased from The Trade Centre Wales (Neath) was for my daughter (lucky her!) From what I've been told everything is going great and she's really enjoying it. I'm in talks with the team to get something looked at but it's all be handled well so I've got no complaints whatsoever.
