The customer service from V12 Sports in Hinckley was excellent, especially from Steve who was very informative and not the pushy type. He answered all my questions I threw at him and he gave me a thorough demonstration of the car’s features. He also arranged a test drive for me which was a great way to experience the car’s performance and comfort. On the day of the handover the car was immaculate and gleaming. Steve had cleaned and polished it to perfection. He gave me a detailed explanation of the car’s paperwork and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He also gave me his contact details in case I had any issues or queries in the future. I am very grateful to Steve for his outstanding service and for making my car buying experience a memorable one!

I found a car I liked with V12 in Worksop so I contacted them. From the moment I spoke to Ryan he was amazing. helpful, efficient and friendly. When I went to look at the car it was exactly how it looked in the pictures and what they said about it. I took it for a test run to make sure that everything was mechanically sound with it which was certainly the case, it drove well and was nice and smooth. My mind was made up to go ahead and buy the car. I'm really pleased with my Merc and the service from here was outstanding.

The customer service from Dilojan was excellent he answered all my questions and helped me find the best deal for my budget. He also arranged for all the paperwork to be done and this was done smoothly and efficiently. The handover of the car was good, he showed me all the features and functions of the car and explained how to use them. The car was in immaculate condition, very clean and well maintained, it looked like new. The car itself is amazing, it drives smoothly and quietly, it has a lot of power and performance and it is very comfortable and spacious. I am very satisfied with my Mercedes and I would highly recommend V12 Sports and Classics in Luton to anyone looking for a quality used car. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I've never used V12 Sports and Classics before, I happened to find out about them when I was searching the internet for a new car and stumbled upon them. They had an Alfa for sale at their Worksop branch so I got intouch with them and I arranged with them to go and look at the car and speak to them in more detail about things. When I arrived at their showroom I was greeted by a young lad called Robin who was very welcoming and I found it really easy to deal with him and he made every so straightforward for me. I am very please with my Alfa it is a smashing car and is smooth to drive. I would definitely come back here again when I need a new car and I would recommend this company to anyone else looking to make their next car purchase.
