I brought car from the owner of this garage a few weeks ago. I was very pleased with the car ,as it was my first time buying a car ,and had looked forward to taking this car away. The dealer had been very helpful in every way ,and had given me lots of feedback as a first time driver. My car had been cleaned inside and out ,and is looking perfect! Good value in money as a first time driver. He also said if there was any problems to the car in the future ,to come back and they would fix it straight away, which i was very happy about. I gave this dealer a overall excellent service. I would defiantly recommend family and friends that i know if they ever wanted to buy a car. After all i was buying a car which was in second hand ,and was in good condition. I had gone on this review site before i brought the car ,and had chosen this dealer as they had good reviews which other customers had left.

Purchased a car in May 16 from Wargrave Village Car Sales and had a fault with the car a week or so after purchasing it and taking it home. The initial service on the day of test drive and purchase was fine. However, with this fault the car was not even driveable so I incurred cost to take it back to be fixed. It took two weeks to be fixed with something that I have been told by mechanics should not take that long. I had to pay to have insurance on another car for two weeks. When my mum and I came to pick up the car (two hour drive), it was not ready when we got there and had to wait as it wasn't even back at the dealership yet. We were then greeted by the owner being rude and were shocked by the change in attitude towards us despite the fact the dealership was at fault. I was praying nothing else would go wrong with the car again so I wouldn't have to deal with this man. To be honest, it was quite an upsetting experience when I was excited to get this car. I would not recommend due to the lack of customer service and what felt like a bit of a bodge job to sell the car.

i have just bought a vauxhall corsa this morning this is my second corsa that i have bought from wargrave village car sale i have still got the first one and letting my nephew use it as he just passed so im up grading for my self lovely car looks good good price for age very friendly staff no hard sale would very much recommend

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. The owner cost me SO much money and time and still refuses to take responsibility. Sold me a car which had an MOT and HPI check only to find out it had no MOT and was in a Cat C accident, totally devaluing the car and giving me completely false information! He doesn't care about the customers or your car once he has your money!!!! Spending over £250 to get the car checked and sorted he then completely did us out of our money. I will ALSO be taking him to court!! Very angry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERS!!! I wish I never had!!!!

Have bought two cars from Wargrave Cars in the last 8 months. Really friendly and great service. The first car was a polo - cost just over £3,000. Really nice condition but we had some engine problems. But there were no issues and really happy how Pete took car back and got it fixed - it had to go back 3 times before they got to the root problem - which they did. Then bought a BMW Z4 - lovely condition and really happy again with the service. At the end of the day, buying a used car is never easy but it comes down to trust...and this is why I rate Pete so highly.

I recently purchased a car for my Father , not an easy task as you always are concern about the quality of used cars . could not really afford a new vehicle so the search began for a used one. After a couple of weeks scanning the Oxfordshire area without much luck i sourced a Honda Jazz from Wargrave village cars , the car in question was a manual Honda Jazz 57 registration covering a distance of 43,000 miles in its lifetime spoke to a chap called Peter who I found very informative seemed to know his stuff and was rather up to speed on that particular model. There was the a couple of stone chips on the bonnet small scuff on one of the drivers wing mirrors but all in all a bright little motor car. I personally would recommend this dealer I did have to wait a little while for a test drive as it was particularly busy on the forecourt with other car hunters that day but quite a painless experience .
