I think that we all know what its like when your buying a car, it’s a bit nerve wracking getting rid of a car that you know really well and putting your trust into something new and you can’t help but be a little bit dubious of dealerships. My wife and I are both so pleased that we chose to put our trust in Warwick Hall Cars, it most definitely paid off. They had about five cars in that we were interested in and we were able to take our time with them all and test drive them too. There was never any pressure or rush, the team remained accommodation and friendly throughout. We had our hearts set on an X-trail but when we took it for a spin we instantly weren’t gelling with it – beautiful car but not for us. They happened to have a Suzuki Vitara in which is what we already owned but it was a much newer version with a much better spec and lower milage. When we test drove the Vitara we just knew it was the right one for us. We made the decision to purchase the Vitara and the team were smashing, they got everything sorted and assisted us with the finance. We have owned the new Vitara for 2/3 months now and its brilliant – so reliable and good on fuel. We would be more than happy to buy from Warwick Hall Cars again.

Would like to start by saying a big thank you , i had a very good experience dealing with you guys from the first phone call up until i got my car , the car is amazing not a single issue , also much respect for waiting outside of open hours for me to arrive to collect the car . I proper love my Astra, its the perfect car for me. The lads at Warwick were cracking to be dealing with and I don't have any complaints.

I live quite far away from Warwick Hall Cars so had to do a lot of my dealing with them over the phone. The communication was always clear and they sent thorough videos of the car inside and out. I said that as long as the car matched what I had seen/been told I would definately be buying it. When I got there in person the car was exactly as he said it was. They weren't pushy in the slightest but I was adamant this was the car I wanted so we were able to get the deal wrapped up nice and quickly.

I had been to see a couple of cars at different dealerships but never felt like things were a good fit. When I got to Warwick Hall Cars I got such a good feeling, the team were so welcoming and the cars were just as described. Anything I needed they were always at the other end of the phone and happy to help. I will most definately be referring my friends.

Having owned the Kuga for about 2 months now we are really confident in it! The only thing we ran into with the car was the wheel baring's but that's just one of those things that could have gone at any point so we definately aren't upset about that. On the whole its an absolutely smashing car and the customer service was fabulous!

Really efficient service, any problems addressed hastily and without friction. They are a good group of guys who put the customer first and I would highly recommend.

My Kadjar has been a really easy transition from my pervious car and I am finding it absolutely lovely to drive. I don't want to jinx myself either but there hasn't been a single problem with the can either. The process of buying the car was so smooth and there wasn't a single bump in the road, it was perfect!
