I did need some paintwork done on the car, but the team helped get it sorted quickly without any problems. It was handled straight through the warranty. Since then, I haven't had any issues, and I’m really pleased with the car. The customer service was great, everyone was always responsive, and I have no complaints.

Easy process, everything was quick and efficient, there was never any pressure on the sale, everyone was helpful. I am very pleased with the car and I have been using it almost everyday to get to and from work, no issues so far, I am pleased with every aspect.

I dealt with Charles, he was very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with how quick the service was. I phoned up regarding the car on Sunday and I got it delivered the next day. It arrived around 10am the next day without any complications. I was really impressed on how easy the whole process. I would definitely recommend if you are needing a car quickly.

Honestly, perfect service from the guys at Warwick. I had some issues with the car. The first one was the air-con. I called up to let them know, and they told me to take the car to my local garage and that they would pay for it, and they did straight away. Then the car stopped working due to an underlying issue with the ABS sensor, which caused the whole car to stop functioning. Again, when I called up, they advised me on what to do. The car had to go to Honda for a specific part. I paid for this and sent across the invoice. Within the same hour, the money was back in my bank, just as promised. I’ve never seen aftersales service like it. These guys really care about their customers and want to make sure everything is okay with the cars they’re selling. I would highly recommend them. I’d say I’d go back again, but I won’t because the car I got this time around is just great. I couldn't be happier with it. A massive thank you to every member of staff who helped from start to finish.
