I recently got a Volkswagen Passat, and I have to say it is a really good motor. Because the dealership is quite far from me, they guys sent me a video that clearly showed me the car, and when I came to collect it, I was exactly as I was expecting.

The process of buying my Ford Kuga from Warwick Hall cars has been great, and in the few weeks I have had the car, it has been perfect.

Phil and the team are so lovely and really laid back, they allowed us to view and drive the car at our own pace which was really nice. Very professional and lovely service. :)

I'm just waiting to receive some warranty documents from the team but otherwise everything's been great with the dealership. My Mercedes is going well, and I'm happy with it.

The team are doing a good job at Warwick Hall Cars. After seeing the car advertised on the Friday, I headed down on the same day to take a look at it and Jamie was happy to leave us to it. I knew what I wanted because I was part exchanging my old Ford Kuga, this one just comes with a few more upgrades. After agreeing to take the car Jamie helped to sort my car tax out for me, and by Sunday it was ready to collect, so I didn't need to book any time off work.

Recently I bought an Outlander, and I’m getting on alright with it. I drive a lot, so I’ve been whizzing up and down the motorway, I love it. I’m still trying to figure out how everything works but I'll get there. The dealership was very good and very helpful throughout. When I viewed the car, one of the rear tires was flat, but kindly replaced it and covered the cost. There was also a second electric cable missing, but they kindly offered to send me one, which was much appreciated.

I travelled over 2 hours to the dealership and the team went out of their way to make sure everything was ready for me. Even when it came to putting the car through an MOT, they paid it off right away. The car is booked in the garage to get a tyre sensor replaced, but I've had no problems with how the team has handled the situation. Otherwise, the car has been perfect.

It was such a refreshing experience at Warwick Hall Cars in comparison to a previous bad experience at another dealership. It was all really positive because the team were really friendly and weren't pushy at all, it was the best! I'd return to Warwick to get another car and would highly recommend them.

Everything has been running perfectly with my Audi A3 and I'm really enjoying it. There was something small at the start of the sale that needed to be looked into but it was swiftly sorted. It was a great service from the team.
