I would rate Warwick Hall 5 stars! Happy with the Seat Leon and buying process. I hesitations is returning and recommending.

As far as sales representatives go full marks to Charles, Jo and Phil. We found that we were allowed to go for a test drive with little fuss and the sale side went well too. We had a haggle and were happy. We stopped the test drive as one tyre was going low on pressure. After the purchase we noticed that we needed a charging cable to use public charging points and Charles had one ordered without hassle. Unfortunately it was the wrong type. We have returned it and Charles said we would get the refund and we have bought one ourselves. Today we noticed that the tyre had lost pressure again, I had asked Joe if the problem could be fixed before purchase but I don't think that was done. Also noticed the main beam does not come on when we push the lever forward but it does flash. In general we are happy with the car and maybe could have done with a little more time explaining all workings as it was our first electric car. Hope this helps

I literally couldn't have asked for a better experience, this is my first time buying a car of this value from a dealership so I didn't really know what to do. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. Once we had got the ball rolling they gave me some time to go over things and even gave me a brew! Absolutely lovely! I love my new car very much and have had no issues with it.

I must say that the service at Warwick Hall really is quite good! It is a very pleasant environment to purchase a car, no pushiness and everyone is very polite. My Kia so far is driving well and I have no complaints. I noticed that one of the rear lights wasn't working not long after I bought it and they sent me out a new one with no qualms! Very much appreciated this.

Absolutely smashing service at Warwick Hall Cars. The team are helpful, friendly and approachable! I felt confident throughout the purchase that I was in good hands. I am over the moon with the Kuga I bought, all functions work as they should!

The service I received at Warwick Hall Cars was spot on, the team were so lovely to deal with both during and after the sale. I bought a Mokka and I love it, I have unfortunately encountered some issues with it since the purchase. When I got in touch with Warwick they put me right at ease telling me to send across the report and that they would take care of it. You can't say fairer than that!

I would like to say a huge thank you Oliver and the other lad who were helping me when I was buying my Duster. Anything I needed they saw to immediately and I am so happy with the car. It is just what I was looking and I have had no problems with it! I would definately recommend.

I bought an Eco Sport from Warwick Hall Cars last month and I am more than happy with the experience and the car! Everything went as you would hope it would throughout the purchase. I did find a problem not long after I bought the car with the speaker (obviously something we didn't think to turn on when taking it for a test drive.) I let Warwick know and they handled it very well, a new speaker was ordered and fitted very quickly. I couldn't have been looked after very better. Thank you very much.
