Really happy with our new Mitsubishi Outlander, it's my first PHEV and with the exception of not being able to figure out how you tun the car on initially.. it's been quite easy to get used to to be honest. The team at the dealership were ever so nice, helpful and the customer service is like nothing I have received from used car sales before. Can't fault them.

Made up with Warwick Hall Cars, quick, simple and hassle free experience start to finish. We had a couple issues early on, Warwick Hall let us take the car to a local garage and paid the bill without delay. The car has ticked all the boxes for me and made my life so much easier. Thoroughly happy and enjoyed dealing with this company.

As my family is getting bigger and bigger, we needed a car ideally with 7 seats. My husband likes the Volvo, looking online the XC90 is supposed to be best in it's class for performance, safety and with having the 7 seats, it makes it the best family car for us. Everything has been good so far, there were some issues with the car initially which were noticed by us and not the dealership, this is something they could potentially improve on however, credit where credit is due, the team fixed every issues without any fuss, argumentation, not seem a change in expression. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

Everything has been seamless so far, I cant cant on all my fingers and toes just how many things I love about it. The service was exceptional and whole process went swimmingly. Very happy indeed.

I am very happy with the customer service and process of buying the car with Warwick Hall, before and during were stress and hassle free. I have had a coupe issues post sale however, this is currently being looked into with the warranty team.

I have dealt with many a dealership and sometimes when you buy the car, what you are sold is completely different to what you get. I am very happy and Joey has filled my partner and I with the confidence we have received a good car. My partner loved the colour and the test drive proved to be a lot more comfortable than our last car which was the main reason for the purchase. We have not been disappointed at all.

I have been looking for something a little more family friendly than my Audi A3 Sportback and came across the Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer at Warwick Hall Cars. I like how it's more family friendly, a lot bigger and more spacious, it was low millage and seemed like a car which would have more longevity, as far as I could find it was the best and most suitable car available at the time. I rated 5 stars because i feel like you have to start with full marks and deduct for any issues or difficulties along the way and Warwick Hall Cars did nothing which would come anywhere close to jeopardizing the 5 star service.

Couldn't fault the customer service provided, really nice people to deal with, on hand to help and very warm and friendly. They made the process really easy to follow, smooth and simple. I'm enjoying driving my Corsa, it runs perfectly and is the perfect little car for me.

This is the first time I have put thought, effort and money into buying a nice car, I've had run arounds forever, so when I was looking to spend a good amount of money on a car, it was important it was of high quality, both the car and the garage. I'm so happy to report that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the the Renault Captur, its a fantastic car, everything I wanted and more! The value for money is second to none, I looked around for a while and tis was by far the best suited/quality car for the money I was looking to spend. I have to thank the staff for their lovely customer service skills, I was made to feel welcome, at ease and as though I could ask any question/query without judgement. The whole service was excellent all round. I love my car and have not looked back since buying it!
