While I was speaking to Charlies he was nothing short of brilliant! He really put my mind at ease and as well as Warwick Halls Cars, I was in talks with another garage but I didn't feel as reassured with the other company as I did at this dealership. I needed a reliable car and Charlies personality put me at ease. I would happily get another car from here again, no questions asked.

I need to make another visit to Warwick Halls because I forgot my locking wheel nut, so it will be nice to see the team again but as for the car, it's been perfect! I've already recommended people visit here for their next car.

It's my second time getting a car from here and I'm always impressed with the customer service that the team provides because I always feel very well looked after. On this occasion I went for the Hyundai and for now I'm very happy with it.

No issues whatsoever giving 5 stars for Warwick Hall Cars because everything was carried out very efficiently and within a timely manner. There was no hard sell on the day when I enquired about the car, I was allowed to look around it at my own pace and once I was ready to ask some questions, a member of staff was always happy to help. It's been a brilliant car and I'm very happy with my choice.

It's been about a month now, and I have to say, I'm really happy with my purchase. The car's been running brilliantly, and I've already clocked about 1000 miles in it. Considering it's a 4-year-old car, it's been surprisingly cheap to run and drives like a brand new car. I absolutely love it and with a bit of TLC it will be in showroom condition. This was my first time buying a car online without seeing it, but the process was easy and the team was very informative every step of the way.

Paul has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. When I drove away from the dealership I made a long drive to Wales, and I noticed my brakes were squeaking a bit. I contacted Warwick Hall Cars and Paul reassured me that it was just the new brakes bedding in, but he was totally fine with me getting them checked out just to be safe. Luckily, they turned out to be perfectly fine—touch wood! Other than that, I haven't had any other issues with the car. The team was super responsive in telling me when I can expect to receive the car. I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

Overall I'm very happy with my recent purchase of my Kia Sportage. The car is driving as it should and both me/ my partner are happy with it. The sales team did everything they said they would before we took the car home, so we are grateful for that. They also took their time to explain all of the paperwork so there was no hidden surprises. Top marks.

We're really happy with the car and it's become our go-to family car for daily use. Charlie was great—he was really helpful and answered all of my questions. It's been a while since purchasing my Jeep but it's been a brilliant car! - I've not put too many miles on the car since driving it away but for the time I have driven it, I'm very impressed. I can't remember who sold me the car because I'm not the best with names but the customer service was second to none. Everyone was so polite and professional to deal with, I can't knock them at all. I just never give top marks otherwise it would have been a 5*
