I couldn't be happier with my Hyundai I30, the staff were great, I was able to test drive the car prior to buying. I had to replace the wiper blades from and back once the car was handed over although, Warwick are reimbursing the full cost. Would definitely recommend and will be seeing Phil again for my next car!

Outstanding customer service, not pushy and very patient, great selection of cars and very accommodating team, just a few of the reasons I would recommend Warwick Hall Cars to anyone in the area looking for a new car. we needed to look at a larger car for our up-and-coming camping trip to Scotland, the car is perfect and I was very impressed with the attitude of all the staff I have dealt with. My only qualm is I was told the vehicle had been serviced although, prior to our trip away I have done a once over and noticed no coolant, I am back home so will be reaching out to the lovely team to ensure this was serviced and ensure this isn't a potential leak, I am confident the team will be as helpful as they have been throughout.

I can't commend the staff at Warwick Hall Cars enough for their exceptional level of customer service. I dealt with Phil for the most part and another gentleman who's name I can't remember. The sales approach was very laid back and didn't feel pushy at all, all my questions were answered and needs taken care off. We have had a couple hiccups since purchase, the warranty process wasn't explained in detail so we needed to contact the company directly for more information, the logbook wasn't in the car, we had to chase for this and for the tax after sale and we have had an engine fault light appear on our dash today, I have emailed the company and I have confidence they will be as helpful with this issue as they have throughout the whole journey. I will return to Warwick Hall Motors for my next car and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have been giving a good recommendation of Warwick Hall Cars to friends and family. You wont find a garage that provides better customer care than here. The team are courteous and approachable. They listen to the customers requests and action accordingly.

It was absolutely amazing dealing with Warwick Hall Cars in Hyde, the whole thing from start to end was just so easy. All the paperwork was done on my behalf so I didn't have to do anything. Everything was explained thoroughly and I did not have to do a thing! When I arrived to collect the car it was gleaming, the Insignia looked so nice! Since the sale I haven't had any problems in the slightest, I think they are totally brilliant!
