I've been using my car about 6 weeks now, the entire journey from start to finish was stress free, simple, very relaxed and non pushy and everything went exactly as I had hoped. I am still awaiting some mats which I was told were sent out 4 weeks ago but to be fair to the lads I haven't chased these up since. I couldn't be happier with the car and with the experience in store, my life will be completed once I have my mats.

Use the car daily, I've put 700 miles on the clock so far, very happy with my purchase and the staff were great too.

I work away and bought an A3 as my personal car for when I'm home, I am very happy with the car and I'm yet to notice any issues, the guys in the dealership were spot on and I can't fault my experience. I have only dropped a mark as I had set my heart on a car in the dealership but there was some unforeseen issue which meant I couldn't have it and needed to make another choice. all things considered it was no fault of Warwick Hall Cars and the car I have now is perfect!

I love my new Mitsubishi Outlander, I mainly use it for short distances but had the opportunity to take it to Wales for a short stay away and I'm made up with my new purchase. I was a little disheartened by the pure electric not being as efficient as I thought it would be but overall it's amazing.

I use my new Ford fiesta daily and have put about 300 miles on so far, it's still early days but I can't fault the car and the guys at the dealership were brilliant! I couldn't be happier with my Hyundai I30, the staff were great, I was able to test drive the car prior to buying. I had to replace the wiper blades from and back once the car was handed over although, Warwick are reimbursing the full cost. Would definitely recommend and will be seeing Phil again for my next car!

Outstanding customer service, not pushy and very patient, great selection of cars and very accommodating team, just a few of the reasons I would recommend Warwick Hall Cars to anyone in the area looking for a new car. we needed to look at a larger car for our up-and-coming camping trip to Scotland, the car is perfect and I was very impressed with the attitude of all the staff I have dealt with. My only qualm is I was told the vehicle had been serviced although, prior to our trip away I have done a once over and noticed no coolant, I am back home so will be reaching out to the lovely team to ensure this was serviced and ensure this isn't a potential leak, I am confident the team will be as helpful as they have been throughout.

I can't commend the staff at Warwick Hall Cars enough for their exceptional level of customer service. I dealt with Phil for the most part and another gentleman who's name I can't remember. The sales approach was very laid back and didn't feel pushy at all, all my questions were answered and needs taken care off. We have had a couple hiccups since purchase, the warranty process wasn't explained in detail so we needed to contact the company directly for more information, the logbook wasn't in the car, we had to chase for this and for the tax after sale and we have had an engine fault light appear on our dash today, I have emailed the company and I have confidence they will be as helpful with this issue as they have throughout the whole journey. I will return to Warwick Hall Motors for my next car and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
