I bought a car from Waterside cars in 2014 The first car the head gasket had gone I asked for a replacement They offered a repair but I was advised not to The car they replaced it with Looked lovely from the outside. But they tried to intimidate me by saying I was not aloud to take it back under any circumstances. The starter motor went and they replaced it there and then After about ten days I wasnt happy with the car and saw a luggage strap hanging down My brother in law offered to put it right but on further inspection he said I had to go to the garage. I took my car for my own MOT the Mechanic said not to use the car as it was dangerous There was six pages of major faults with the car I haved asked for my money back but they just hung up the phone Have gone to trading standards and followed their advice I am now trying to take them to court myself as I have very little money to afford a new car The car is sitting outside my house unable to be driven. I have done a lot of history work on this company They also issued me with MOTs which said the work had been carried out but that was impossible within 24 hour period I have photos of what is wrong with the car

The owner was a friend of the family, promised to sort me a car out! Foolishly I took there word, paid 1750 for a 10 year old car, they advertised 68k on the clock, was closer to 90k! All four tries were illegal! And I've had problems since I bought it!

They were featured on BBC- owing customer money for a non functioning vehicle, owner Mohammed Haque - denied owning the business even though they were on site and filming, they had to look through documents on site to prove ownership of business.

Please avoid this company the car I bought came with a year of MOT. Or so I thought my local garage checked the car over after the steering became very vague, they were shocked with the state of the vehicle and describe it as a death trap . I'm in dispute with the garage at the moment and have referred this to my solicitor and trading standards! Beware!!! .
