I just bought a car from West End Garage Honda and i have to report no issues what-so-ever very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me welcome, everyone I met was brilliant, the salesman is very knowledgeable and of high standard and a genuine down to earth nice guy who made my purchase a pleasure so hats off to the staff of the West End brilliant car matched with brilliant service top class seller.

Start by saying for have bought cars and had them serviced here about 20 years and had been happy till now. What a scam booked car in for service and MOT. The MOT was carried out first identifying a number of faults which would have been discovered if the service had been done first. Told it would be £250 for repairs which would be done at the same time as the service win win for the garage. Had the car serviced at a later date they came and picked it up it was returned with a cracked windshield which garage is denying any responsibility.
Bought a new vehicle from them and confirmed to them in writing that I did not want a Service Plan. They applied £1,135 to a Service Plan. I politely wrote to them and emailed me them to ask for an explanation. This was ignored by them. I then wrote to Honda UK to see if they could help, the response from West End Garage was that they knew nothing about my query. Buy elsewhere. Be warned

West End Garage have resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I believe this was a genuine error and their acknowledgement of this oversight and subsequent apology have remedied the matter. I appreciate their efforts to resolve it once the issue was drawn to their attention.
I bought a Kia Ceed from West End Garage back in April and I am very happy with my experience with them! The car did break down a short while after I purchased the car due to there being an issue with the clutch but they were on hand to repair it straight away. The car was very clean and in good condition and it was a very good price, excellent value for money. I would certainly recommend this dealership.
