Purchased a second hand car from WEM two years ago. Was told that they don't / won't give customers a radio code but they will have the code for future repairs. Now say that they will charge £60 to provide me with a code.

Over the previous few years I have purchased two cars from this dealer, the first car and purchasing experience was good, this I must add was probably because there was no problems and the contact was minimal. The second car purchased in 2021 from start to date has been APPALLING, the car was far from satisfactory and apart from the gent David who did his best, the Sales Manager and Aftersales staff and Managing Director shall we say are both incompetent and unprofessional. I am a retired Fleet Professional that managed a large UK Emergency Service Fleet so I have a considerable amount of vehicle and service delivery knowledge. The car was not prepared as per the written agreed terms and had to be returned to the dealer several times. The letter I received from the Managing Director was appalling and very unprofessional.

Could not be happier with my choice of car and dealership. Nothing was to much trouble very professional. Extremely friendly and professional staff and very welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to chance their car. Brilliant service
