Finally bought a car from WCC and what a great car and great service. Have been taking the car for service and MOT's for over 5 years and finally got round to replacing my beloved A5 for a newer Mercedes. What great service and great treatment. It is hard to find a car dealership to trust and I am not from Oxford. However, from start to finish, all of the staff have been courteous, polite, understanding and now I have a new car I am happy with. What else is there to say - recommend them to friends and family...good luck

Extremely dishonest and lied numerous times about 'damage' when purchasing our smart car. Simply offensive in purchasing our car from us for an immaculate car and the only thing they could find to knock the price down below the reserve price was one yes one minor scratch of about 3-4mm and tried to convince us that stuck on bug was a scratch. Then said he would need to respray panels to remove these tiny scratches which I then rubbed off. Bought it for 7k and selling for 9.3k only days later. Don't sell your car to this dealership unless you want them to make your wife cry at being ripped off as they did to us.

First visit was very impressed with choice and range, Chris the salesman was very helpful and had great patience with all my questions. Never felt that they were rushing you or putting any pressure on you to get a sale. Love our new car would most definitely recommend, they were also great with the restrictions and procedures that were in place, a BIG thank you.
I recently bought a used BMW 420D from Wheatley Car Sales and I cannot recommend them enough. James Hawes provided me with excellent customer service, found the best finance deal for me and even helped to keep my dog entertained whilst the deal was being completed! All of the team here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I placed a £200 deposit on a car with Wheatley Cars, but did some research on the vehicle and found it overpriced by a considerable margin. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and despite numerous phone calls I have been unable to retrieve my deposit. I have never come across such atrocious behaviour in a retailer for many years. Avoid
