I purchased a vehicle from White Horse Motors, I returned to have it serviced after a year and the aftersales service I received was excellent. I was kept informed all along the way by Becca and the communication was great. The garage is lovely and really welcoming. I will definitely be back.
**AVOID** Terrible service, terrible attitude, if you don't want to waste your time, effort and money go to a reputable garage with a professional approach, in other words DO NOT USE WHITE HORSE MOTORS!! Very helpful when your going to spend money on a vehicle but very uninterested if you have a problem. Vehicle collected, fault noticed whilst leaving garage as it was late no one available to help. Contacted next day to fix fault, nearly 5 months of owning the vehicle, 5 + trips back to them for repair, issue still not fixed, further engine issues developed with no commitment from them to repair. Culminating in vehicle losing steering whilst driving and then breaking down requiring recovery. Refund requested and now being fobbed off with 'wait whilst we review', they dragged this over the 30 days initially so I was unable to return and have full refund. I am now unable to travel to work, and they are fully aware they have left a lone female in a rural area with absolutely no way of travelling anywhere. Their attitude is 'ignore her she will go away', if you want good customer service and a trustworthy experience DO NOT USE WHITE HORSE MOTORS!

I recently purchased my Land Rover Discovery 4 from White Horse Motors. I was looking for an example that had been loved and looked after and this was a challenge initially until I made contact with White Horse Motors who sourced me a beautiful Discovery 4 that ticked all of the boxes for me. I was made to feel very welcome and valued by the friendly family team throughout my dealings with White Horse Motors . I will always trust and certainly will go back to them for my next vehicle. I almost forgot to mention that they also have excellent Covid protection measures in place. I felt very safe.

I'd been looking for a new vehicle for a while, and felt that every car showroom I walked into was so intimidating and pressurised that it put me off buying. I have to say that my experience of White Horse Motors was the complete opposite! Not only was their customer service brilliant their vehicles were displayed to a very high standard, you could tell a lot of care was taken by the staff. The whole sales process was quick and easy, and they have many COVID measures inplace which is great to see! Will definitely be returning to them for servicing and when I come to change my next car!
