I have spoken to Lewis in Peugeot, several times about buying different cars. I am very indecisive and have been pestering Wilsons for a while. He is very friendly and did not make me feel like i had to rush a decision but was keen to help me find cars that fitted my needs. I always dread buying a car because of the stories you hear about car sales men. However I would like to specifically mention Lewis for how he deals with every situation and always seems to find a solution to problems I have. He is an asset to Wilsons.
The two cars were bought from Wilsons Group in 2016, they were helpful & friendly. The staff have been helpful and efficient car always comes back clean a nice touch.

Wilsons Group tried to add a £175 'admin fee' on the quiet when handing me the card machine, after agreeing the price upfront. Did not post on the items promised, including a second set of keys. Not interested in sorting my car issues out within a week of purchase, despite providing warranty themselves. Once sale was made, communication virtually ceased. A regrettable decision to buy from them. I will never buy from them again.

I have paid full advertised price, and an £129 admin fee. Four times they said it would be ready, they had not bothered to order the part they needed to sell the car. They sold the car to me and then get it ready. I feel they messed me around and I am paying an extra £129 tip for bad service!!!!!
I sent an inquiry form via auto trader about a car I was interested in buying at Wilsons Group. After 1 week still no reply, maybe the questions I was asking revealed the car was a load of rubbish I will take my 15K cash & go elsewhere.

I couldn't have asked for better service from Wilsons. I love my Smart Fortwo! I have had it since January and up to now its been brilliant! It was immaculate when I received it and the dealers were more than helpful. Can not fault them!

Avoid at all costs. SENT US THE WRONG CAR AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW IT! Made a total mess of the sale. When they did realise their mistake, they sent us the correct car that was full of dents. The following customer service was dire and that's being polite. Took 6 months to get the V5C to us.
I bought a Nissan Juke from here in July and I am very happy with it. The car was really clean and in very good condition and I have had no issues with it all, the dealers have been really helpful and friendly and the whole process has been smooth and easy. I also got a very fair PX rate. I would recommend.

Salesperson at Wilsons Group gave poor service. Given the impression that I was being lied to about being given one key only for car, and no logbook. Refused to assist afterwards. Gave the car to me when fuel nearly empty.
