We went to WJ King at Bromley to look at the Suzuki Ignis and the Suzuki Swift. Our dealer rep was Jack McDonnell. He was very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given a good overview of the cars without feeling pressured into a deal.

The worst service ever from WJ King Bromley Suzuki, great car (suzuki Swift). The fist service they left a white paint stain on car and obviously didn’t clean it . The second time evon though the car is only a year and half old they phoned person who dropped car off not me the owner to ok a new key battery that you can buy from Amazon for £1.5 . They charged 12 pound for something that want needed or broke . Then they charged 69 pound for air con even though I’ve never used . They clearly have just added on some extras. When complaining I was told from there point of view asking someone and not the owner of the car to ok these cost was except able from W J King Suzuki Bromley . Disgusting
