Although I have had faults with my BMW, the man at Woodcote has tried his best to get it fixed up, they have sent courtesy cars out to me and picked it up when it's gone in for repairs, I've had it back 3 weeks now and so far so good. I'd recommend the dealership as like I've said he has kept in touch and tried his best for me.

Friendly garage but if you buy from here make sure that you get all aggreements in writing as mistakes are easy to make and sometimes difficult to reconcile afterwards.
I looked for a long time for my ford focus, and it was either the car or the garage that had stopped me from buying, eventually I found one being advertised at Woodcote carriage , and found a really nice car and a completly relaxed but professional service, would I go back, yes in a heart beat
I bought our BMW from this garage and would recommend them to anyone interested. An existing problem was discovered (not their fault, no way of knowing before it was sold) with the car and they worked very hard to get this sorted for me and the car was returned better than ever. I was even given a car to drive in the mean time! Very trustworthy and honest and always ready to help out.
