Was interested in the A7 advertised, communicated with Sheraz for 2 days via email, agreed on a price with me at £17k i arranged to drive up 40 miles to his garage only to find out he had accepted a deposit from a another customer. It made me so angry as he did not advise me of any deposit required to secure the car, i emailed him to say that it was very bad customer practice to agree on a price with me to purchase the car, then behind my back accept a deposit from another customer! His reply was that the car was still on sale! fair enough but if you have 1 person interested already you dont agree on a price and then on the sly accept a deposit from someone else! Dont trust Yaeger Motor Company, appalling customer service!!

Purchased an audi A3, car was excellent, just as described, New valet, New car Mats, I am well happy, have called about extended warranties all has been sorted, I was more than happy, Left a deposit and asked for the car to be delivered the next couple of days without any charge! Now thats service. I dont why the 1st review is so bad, sounds like its been placed there by another trader? End of the day my family is more than happy!

A very positive car buying experience. I was recommend by a friend who had purchased cars previously from here. The gentleman was polite and helpful, the service was great with no hard sell and minor issues with the car (Lexus IS) were pointed out to me and resolved prior to collection (such as a couple of dents and a mark on the back bumper). I was happy with the price and service and would recommend.

Purchased a Golf GT , was described honestly and more than welcoming service with no hard sell , just left alone to view and check it all. Paperwork and the flexablity of price did it for me . Nice professional set up, Ramps , MOT test bay and offices. Good people to deal with .

I went to view a car that was for sale with the company and left a deposit on the basis that an engineer inspection went through ok. I organised an inspection and it came back really quite bad, with various smaller issues (brake fluid, brake pads and very low tyres) as well as a major one suggesting the car had had a front accident on the passenger side. He showed me pictures of poor crash panel welding and that the bonnet had been removed previously (there's generally no reason for this unless the cars been in a crash). On supply of this report to the owner of the company - Sheraz Ahmed Rasib - he tried to suggest the independent engineer at first didn't know what he was talking about, and later that he was lying to me. I declined buying the car on the basis of the report and asked for my deposit back, but was ignored from this point on. He then completely ignored the safety problems my engineer had pointed out, and relisted the car as being in perfect condition back on auto trader the same day. The owner has registered the company to Dewsbury but actually trades from his home in Bradford. A quick check on the internet shows hes set up and closed numerous companies including Niche Motor Company that is also in Bradford (which is still operating). This does beg the question why one person would need two separate car selling companies. If you try to search for any information on Yaeger Motor Company before making a purchase you will find virtually nothing on them. Even the company website appears to be hidden and only accessible through autotrader. This is why I've left quite a lengthy review here to help others prior to making a purchase.
