A very straightforward and easy process. I called and arranged to view an Alfa which I found via AutoTrader, when I got there the salesman was a great lad and very welcoming, I test drove the car and I fell in love with it, I had travelled around an hour and a half to get there so they had the car clean and tidy and ready to go, there was no waiting around I was in and out within 15 minutes and I was driving away in my new car, Nath got everything sorted prior to my arrival. I'm extremely pleased with the car, it's great to drive with no problems whatsoever, I wouldn't think twice about buying from here again.

Nath was awesome he answered all my questions, gave me a fair deal and he made the whole process seamless. I have done around 10,000 miles in my BMW already and it has not missed a beat yet, the car is a joy to drive, it handles superbly, it is comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. The technology is amazing, the entertainment system is intuitive and responsive, the safety features are reassuring, and the performance is exhilarating. The car is also very efficient, I get great mileage and low emissions. I have received many compliments on my BMW, it looks stunning and elegant, the build quality is excellent, everything feels solid and well-made. The car is reliable and easy to maintain, I have not had any issues or problems so far.

I'm more than happy with the Land Rover I picked up from Crown Motors, I really cannot fault it. It's been brilliant since buying it, lovely to drive and in great condition. I would recommend them and happily use these again myself in the future. The customer service was very good, very helpful and friendly and most of all, they wasn't pushy at all and they didn't apply any pressure. They just helped where needed and they answered any questions I had. I'm really happy with the Land Rover and i'm very impressed with the customer service from Crown Motors.

We were looking around for a car for my daughter and I came across one for sale with Crown Cars so we got in contact with them to arrange to go and look at the car and arrange to be booked in for a test drive. When we turned up at their premises we were met by their salesman and he showed us round the car and we went on the test drive which went really well.
