I went to look at a lovely Skoda Fabia that Crown Cars in Pontefract had. Nathan was very polite and welcoming and he left us to look at the car, at no time did he pressure me unlike previous car purchases elsewhere. He was a very friendly chap who seems to genuinely care about his customers and he is very enthusiastic, needless to say I bought the car from him and I will be coming back to Nath when it is again time to buy another car. I would not hesitate in recommending these to anybody who is on the lookout for a new vehicle.

The Renault Clio we brought from here is proper sound, it is also saving us an absolute fortune on petrol also which is good. The sales person that looked after me was brilliant, he took all the stress of buying a car away and made it a smooth transaction. The car was in the condition it was describe as in the photos and it was lovely and clean inside and outside when I got it. I am really satisfied with the service from this dealer they were top notch.

Everything is going as I planned it would with my Toyota Auris, it is a terrific car and you can tell it was well looked after. When I first went to visit this dealer they gave me the keys to the car to take it for a test run without any pressure to buy it. I was happy with how the car performed so I decided to buy it and when I went back to collect it everything ran smoothly and they had all the paperwork waiting for me to sign, they made it a stress free and really straightforward process for me, I would definitely buy from here again. I don't normally give anyone top marks but for these I will make an acception.

I was in the market for a new car and I was carrying out an online search when I found a car for sale that I liked advertised on AutoTrader with Crown Cars in Pontefract, I picked up the phone and gave them a call to see if it was still available and to arrange a convenient time to go to look at it in person. When I turned up there I was introduced to one of their sales agents who was called Nath and he welcomed me with open arms and showed me to the car. He gave me a good tour round the car and he allowed me to go on a test drive in it, on the test drive everything went as planned so I made the commitment to buy the car, signed all of the paperwork and the car was ready for me to collect in no time at all, on the handover the car was presented to me in pristine condition and i'm really with my Volkswagen, it drives like a new car.

The car is still going strong and running very well. I'm not the type of person to mess about when it comes to buying anything, I like to know what I want and once I've found it, I want it to be a simple in and out job. Once I found the Ford Kuga, the team pushed the paper work through as quick as and it was a very smooth process. It’s how you would want a car sale to go.

My Citroen DS4 is a really nice car to drive if I'm honest. I was airing on the side of caution as I have been told by a couple of people to avoid these cars but I can't think of why, unless there is something I'm missing. I think it was Stuart who sold me the car, he was a really nice guy to deal with and hats off to him, as he knows a lot about the cars. I had the car delivered to me once everything was ready and even after the drive to mine the car looked very presentable and cleaned to a high standard. It was low on fuel when it arrived, but I guess that's a given, since it was dropped off.
