They have amazing salesmen so amazing and helpful. I have bought my Audi from here and I am love it. They are very good, very kind, nice people. I recommended my nephew to them and yesterday and he got his new BMW there and he is very happy too. Thank you Nathan and Simon are amazing.

There's no reason I wouldn't rate Crown Cars 5 stars. This must have been the most straight forward transaction I've made. Simon is straight talking and to the point. I was in and out without hassle. Simon even found my wallet on the roof of another car and called me to let me know. Great service and a great Qashqai I bought!

I came down to Crown Cars after a lengthy search I had spotted a lovely Suzuki Vitara that Crown Cars had in stock. I had to grab it well I could, I had a good chat with the salesman Nath and he was brilliant form start to finish. the experience wasn't daunting, the team were more than helpful, polite, so so welcoming and very friendly from the get go! Nath was highly knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I fired at him. Nath made the car buying process easy and efficient and I cant thank him enough for all of his help. Nothing but 5 stars.

A very big thank you to Stu at Crown Cars, what a fantastic gentleman he is. I wanted to buy the Kia Rio they had for sale and after seeing the car and test driving it, I fell in love with it. I had some slight delays with getting the funds together, but I promised them I was buying it and kept them up to date with the finances side of things, Stu told me not to worry at all, he took the car off sale and held it for me until I sorted the funds. I know elsewhere they wouldn't have been so accommodating with this. Stu always listened to me and made sure I knew the aspects of the sale. I cant thank hm enough for the way he looked after me and treated me. I would recommend anybody looking for a new car to buy from Crown Cars. I am pleased to report that my Ford Mondeo is running flawlessly, with everything functioning perfectly. I have encountered no issues whatsoever. I must express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I have received. The representatives have been understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful. Their willingness to assist and support me throughout my experience deserves a well earned rating of 10/10.

I have been thoroughly enjoying driving my new car. Everything is fine, and I absolutely love it. Though I have only driven it for a few miles, I am looking forward to many more adventures with it. The customer service I received was exceptional. The representative I dealt with was easy going and we got along really well. He was knowledgeable, answering all of my questions, and he listened attentively to my concerns. I would give the customer service 5/5 and highly recommend their services.

I'm so happy with my Nissan Juke, its such a lovely car to drive. I have had no issues with the car since buying. I was made aware the air con needed re-gassing, but I got this sorted and they are going to reimburse me for the cost, so I was happy with that. The sales guys down there were lovely, really helpful and they answered any questions I had. I didnt feel pressure from them ether which was really nice.

I visited Crown Cars in Pontefract to purchase an Audi A5 and its going really well. The car is as expected and in good shape for a used motor. I'd happily buy from the chaps there again, they were easy going and polite and pleasant enough during the communication I had with them.

What a nice bunch of people at Crown Cars... I went down after seeing a car online, I hadn't made an appointment so when I got there and the car was sold, I couldn't really grumble. I did however, see another car in the lot that had just come in, a Freelander. I asked the salesman about it and he said its not been prepped or cleaned yet, but he provided all the info and history of the car... it seemed perfect for what I needed. I agreed to buy it and when I returned to collect it I was amazed with the condition from first seeing it. It was prepped, cleaned and they had touched up any scratches/scuffs the car had. It was perfect. I would recommend Crown Cars in the future, and no hesitation in returning myself.

Absolutely shocking company to buy a car off I am really disappointed I had to give them 1 star, Don't be fooled by their fancy web site saying 93 so called checks on the vehicle prior to delivery, the vehicle we purchased arrived in appalling state with the engine making knocking noises /faulty rear lights/air conditioning not working ,and no battery securing clamp, two garages including a main dealer could not believe a vehicle had be sold in that state ,they had the car back carried out some so called repairs and it was returned to us with the same problems ,their manager is extremely rude has no customer service skills and basically accused me of lying, I will be taking this issue as far as it has to go to get my money back, I have since taken advice from Citizens Advice and have sent them two letters (recorded delivery) stating my consumer rights and they haven’t replied to any, shows how much they care , I certainly will not be purchasing a vehicle from this company again,
