Absolutely brilliant service from Woodlands Van Centre! Picked up the van with no issues, everything was ready to go. We did notice a couple of minor problems with the climate control, brakes, and the V12 charger shortly after collecting it — but the team had us back in the garage and fully sorted in just 2 hours! Not only did they fix everything quickly, they added an extra V12 port and even covered our fuel costs for the inconvenience. Couldn’t ask for better customer service, all the guys there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We genuinely can't recommend them enough. Thanks again to everyone at Woodlands Van Centre!

Getting on well with the vehicle, it’s been spot on overall. I’ve tried getting in touch about the cab as I can’t seem to lock it, but aside from that, everything’s been great. Customer service was excellent, the boy was brand new and easy to deal with, there was no pressure at all. We were able to test drive a few vehicles, and they just left us to it, which we really appreciated. I would come back here for another one.

So far I'm getting on really, really well with my Toyota Hilux, I'm enjoying it. I've had to change the tyres today as it came with mud tyres, which were costing quite a bit in fuel, but that's the only reason for changing them. Customer service was excellent. The team were lovely, no pressure, relaxed buying experience. Still waiting on the spare key and log book to arrive, but overall, everything went well and I’m happy with the purchase.

My Ford Transit Custom has been perfect, no issues at all. I’ve been using it every day since picking it up, and its been great. The team at Woodlands Van Centre Ltd were super helpful throughout the process. No complaints from me. This was my first time visiting them, and overall, a really positive experience.
