The motor that I purchased was for me but my girlfriend tends to drive it more but for the time being she's very happy with it. It was myself that went through the sales process and I'm happy with how everything went. It's good to know I've got a good dealership around the corner with me living at Leigh-on-Sea.

It all started with a friendly meet and greet asking if we needed any help shortly after arriving which certainly made me feel at ease. We had been looking on the website and wanted to book a test drive, nothing was too much trouble and before I knew it I was behind the wheel. I did share that I’d been driving an automatic and said please be patient with me! I actually felt like I was having a driving lesson for the first time with you reminding me to pull away in first gear. Lol After a 10 minute test drive I knew that the car was perfect for me and my family. Adam was brilliant, patient , really took me through the paces. Felt really comfortable on test drive, would rate them 100%. Lovely experience.

Overall I'm very satisfied. I can't give Bailey all the credit for such a good experience because Rik was also involved in the sale. Both guys were great though, and anything agreed on the Nissan Juke was done before driving away.

Bailey was the perfect salesman to do business with! - I found him to be very honest with any answers to my questions and whenever I had a question about the car, he was close by to help me. I've had no issues with the car up to now, so no complaints.

We initially had a few issues, but these were quickly fixed with out any fuss or push back from the team. Overall the service was very good from start to finish.

I can't give the guys 5 stars because James is a Tottenham fan, so giving 4 stars is a bit of a stretch. But he was as good as gold on the day, he took a nice relaxed approach to the sale and nothing was too much trouble for him. I've not had to get back in touch for the time I've had the car and I hope not to.

Great recommendation from my father who got a car from here earlier in the year, as he had a good experience. I also received the same great service from the team. I found that the lads running it were really good and easy to get along with. The car itself is running perfectly.

I love my Ford, it’s been brilliant so far! Living just 10 minutes away from Cars Under 3000, it’s reassuring to know they’re nearby if I need any assistance. The car has plenty of space for the little one, which is what I was looking for in a car and I couldn’t ask for more. James was helpful and answered all my questions and concerns on the day.
