I felt confident in what I was buying and appreciated the transparency about the condition of the van, knowing that it was sold as seen and the price reflected that. My experience with Woodlands Van Centre was perfect and ideal. I chose their site because they had the most competitive prices in the market. Unfortunately I was in an accident the Tuesday and needed a new van ASAP. I couldn't work or drive for a day or two, so they held the van for me until Thursday. This gave me enough time to make a claim on my insurance whilst recovering from the accident which I really appreciated. They even took care of the insurance and tax for 24 hours, making the process even more convenient. I’d rate my experience 5/5. I would definitely return if anything happened to my van and would recommend them to anyone.

So far everything is going well! One of the team members met me at the bus station, and he took me around to the dealership, which was a great service. When I arrived, it was great to see that it was a clean and tidy dealership. I went ahead with the van and booked in for a recall regarding the airbag and a few other minor issues at Mercedes, but I bought the van already knowing that information. Otherwise, it's been a great buy. 5 stars for their excellent service!
