I was looking for a car for my daughter who is in the RAF, she needed a car and QUICK! She was due to be coming back on leave and we needed something that was going to be reliable for the long journeys! I walked away feeling that she was safe and I knew she would be okay traveling in this car. During this process Chris was messaging me keeping me updated, he was very truthful and didn't give me any of this dealer BS. The time scale was absolute amazing, with no issues this process was very smooth. I can say honestly that I WILL be going to Bells garage when I want a new car because I cant fault them. They were so good this is the second review I have wrote, I gave him the best review on Facebook and will always recommend to anybody! I just want to say thank you for making me feel safe about my daughter driving the car when she is finally coming home to me! Thank you so much. This kind of service has made me so happy.

I have been using Bells Garage for a while now. This time round will be the 3rd car I have had from Chris at Bells. If I have ever had an questions or queries every time Chris has been straight back to me with no hesitation, the communication is strong and regular updates are provided. These guys have always been great to me and I have no reason to go elsewhere for a vehicle. The whole process is smooth and very quick and always has been. Very straight forward and overall a great service, see you in a year or two for another!

I would explain my experience as very easy and quite brief. Everything was efficient and I didnt experience any delays. The transaction was simple and the dealership were extremely professional. I am very happy with the over all service here at Bells Garage and I would be happy to pass on my recommendations to others needing a new vehicle. All of my many questions were answered and everything was explained very clearly.

My wife and I had been looking for a car for a while, and just like that something we were looking for.... The Hyundai i10! It was quite a drive but 100% worth it. Our car is wonderful, we love it! When we arrived to Bells Garage we took the car on a test drive, no pressure. Just at my pace, David came with me in the car and everything else Chris helped us very well with. The customer service is amazing! It was my first time using Bells Garage and they were very welcoming and friendly. I would use these guys again 100% and I would recommend to anyone else wanting to find a nice genuine dealership. Really really good dealership! I cant remember what the guys were called who looked after us but there were 2 guys and they were amazing, they were always on the ball and always knew where we was up to, highly organised and prompt! The Corsa I purchased is driving well, its nice and simple to drive and actually quite nippy. The insurance is low and tax etc and petrol goes pretty far in it too... which is really handy in these times! So far I have no reason to not give full scores and from the car I bought and the customer service I received, I would use them again and I do recommend.

Very good service. Chris was so responsive with anything, if I called and there was no answer and I left a message they would be straight back in touch with me. I didn't really go down to the dealership it was all done all over the phone an emails and I only went into the dealership to collect the car and even then during the process I was updated with the progression of the purchase. I hands down couldn't ask for much more. Hopefully I wont need to use these guys anytime soon but I would use again and recommend to anyone buying a car!
