My new mini I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My mini is amazing. The service was super quick, I viewed my car in the evening and picked it up the next morning. I have had I small interior issue which they are sorting for me with no issues at all :) . I would definitely recommend buying your new car here, they have hundreds on show. I found d mine on they're website prior to viewing. Get down there if you want buy a new car ASAP!!
