The service was great, and I am happy with the van.

The Toyota Hilux is a great car. I am enjoying driving it, and the transaction went smoothly.

The Transit I purchased has been fine, and the salesman was great throughout the process.

I’m happy with my experience at Woodlands. It was just as I expected. It took a while to get the finance sorted, but other than that, everything was fine.

When I was at Woodlands going through the buying process of the Ford Transit Custom, I thought the service was good, and I would definitely use them again in the future if I were to buy another vehicle.

Excellent customer service, fair price and efficient paperwork process

The staff were all great, helped me with anything I needed, and clearly knew what they were doing. As for the vans I purchased, they’re all good. One of them does have a warning light on, but I’m planning to take it to the garage to get it checked out. I took the vans for a test drive and overall, I really can’t fault the dealership.

I’ve had a couple of issues with the van, but I understand it’s a secondhand vehicle so some things are expected. I think because the van had been sitting for quite a while, the aircon and ventilation hadn’t been used in some time. I’ll need to get that serviced. The engine and how the van drives is completely fine, and the mileage is low which is good. The service from Woodlands was very quick. I didn’t deal with them much because the process was fast. I would say it was efficient, and when I came to pick it up everything was ready for me. And they had done the things that I had asked.
