It was a fairly straight forward process because once I saw the Mercedes GLS online, I put a deposit on the car to secure it. When I arrived at the dealership and saw the car in person I was happy to go ahead with it. Nikola was great, as she didn't force the sale. All was good.

Thank you to Nikola for making it an easy sale on the day. There was no pressure and it was all round good customer service. I've had my Tesla for a couple of weeks now and I'm very happy with it.

I've got nothing bad to say about my experience at Roadstar because I drove away in a great BMW X5. The customer service was great and it was just the perfect experience.

Loving the new Jeep Wrangler. Not driven it long, but from what I have seen so far, it’s running well. Paul was great, he gave me all the information on the car, so I wasn’t left in the dark about anything, and cannot be happier. An absolutely fantastic dealership.

Missus is loving the new Ford ranger. Haven’t had much chance to drive it myself haha. First time visit to these guys after seeing the car on Autotrader, and the car is as exactly as you see it online. The pictures were bang on, and the customer service was 10 out of 10, literally nothing to fault or complain about.

Everything is so far so good, enjoying putting some miles on the new Q5. Came across these guys online, and headed down, thought I’d take a chance on them. Took the car for a test drive, and realised it was the one. The car was immaculate when it was ready for me to take. And the team were really friendly, did everything I could’ve asked for, so would absolutely recommend these lads.

Had absolutely no problems throughout the whole experience. Found these guys online, as I was looking for a ford ranger and came across one these guys had in stock. Thankfully, the pictures and online description matched exactly how it looked in real life, it was identical. Car is running great, so no faults luckily. Customer service was great, on the day they were quite busy as it was a Saturday, but the owner even though he was rushed off his feet, still managed to find time to come over and make sure we had everything we needed. Car was delivered to us when it was ready, and it was absolutely spotless. They picked up my old one as it was a part exchange. Huge thanks to these lads.

Loving the new range rover sport, it is absolutely perfect. I cannot fault the guys down there, literally nothing to improve on. Everything was class. The salesman was a really top guy.

Will 1000% have my business again in the future. They have been absolutely amazing. Purchased a range rover from these guys, and I was having a few issues with it once I brought it home. They fixed what they could down here, local to me. And then are taking it back up to get the other things fixed. They have very good communication skills, keeping me updated as to when they’ll be fixing it, how long it will take etc. They have dealt with the issues so well. They’re lovely, and so friendly, right from the first call enquiring about the vehicle, up until after purchase and letting them know about any issues. I will 100% be buying my future cars from them, because at no point have they made me feel like I’m alone, or that I’ve brought a car and now anything wrong with it is on me alone to deal with. Every car has issues, but it matters about how the dealership deal with it. And Roadstar really are a very proactive dealer!
