Very easy to deal with and the van description was 100% accurate

I’ve been getting on well since some initial issues were fixed after the purchase. The dealership was helpful in getting these resolved.

I’m enjoying the Ford Transit Custom and had a good overall experience.

I came across Woodlands Van Centre as I had seen signs while driving for work and also noticed a few online. When I went to the dealership, it was a very quick and simple transaction, so I’d give it a good 4 stars as there were no negatives.

The salesman at the dealership, I think his name was John, helped me find the vehicle I was looking for, which was the Mercedes Sprinter. I have already done about 400 miles and it has been great.

I’ve been getting on well with the Ford Connect I bought from Woodlands and I’m happy with the service.

The customer service was alright, and other than a few small issues I need to resolve, the van has been okay. I would rate my experience 3 stars, mainly because I had to wait a few hours when I went to collect the van while some repairs were being completed.
