Think twice from buying a car from here I got a Mercedes c class car was not washed when i picked it up when i got home noticed car had filler on rear quarter and a really bad repair I took it two a approved body shop who confirmed a very bad repair had been done when I went back to affordable cars I was meet with anger. im not the first person this has happened to I have read about 8 other reviews who have gone through same thing they have offered to repair my car but the trust has gone and I will not let these touch my car again can't wait to see their reply no doubt they will turn it round on me like all the other bad reviews they have had

Just purchased a lovely bmw through affordable cars in York and Patrick. He explained every minor scratch and defect to me over the phone prior to my 200+ mile trip so I wasn’t wasting my time which I found honest and refreshing. All was as noted upon arrival and the scratches etc weren’t as bad as first thought anyway! Very professional and upfront no hassle or big sell can’t fault the dealership or Patrick himself. Very pleased overall thanks chaps!

We bought our car from this garage and have to say we are impressed with the set up. It’s not a pushy sales approach, more to help you with the car you want. Patrick was our salesman, he was lovely, very professional, efficient with the admin and easy to deal with. Will no doubt return for our next car.

Disgusting service at Affordable Cars York, rude staff if could rate a zero I would, went to see 2 cars they had neither of which started, obviously been stood a while which I can except but then the supposed sales person Sat's oh it needs a battery pack on it and then just walks off, think he was off to get the starter but no!!! waited a few minutes then had to get someone else, I can understand some of the bad reviews now, really bad service, was going to buy both but if that's what they are now what would they be like for after sales service. You've missed out on a 2 car sales.
