Arranging the finance was so quick, professional and Adam was very helpful since I'm not great at the paperwork. It was all completed and delivered within days!! I've only had my BMW i5 a couple of weeks, but it’s absolutely brilliant and I’m really glad I made the switch to an electric vehicle. We’re really happy with our new Amarok – it’s absolutely beautiful. My wife’s family has had pickups and larger vehicles for years, but this is definitely the biggest one I’ve owned myself, and it’s great! I first spotted it on Auto Trader, where it stood out thanks to the great photos and the muted colour which was exactly what I was looking for. Even though we're based in southwest Scotland and Autolab isn't exactly local, Adam went above and beyond—he even opened up on Good Friday to make the handover happen. The whole process was straightforward and efficient, and the vehicle was well-priced compared to others I’d seen. What really stood out was the service Adam provided. It was top-notch. There was no hard sell or pushy tactics—just genuine, helpful service. They let the quality of their vehicles speak for itself which was really refreshing.

I was seriously impressed with Autolab. They were always easy to get hold of and replied to every email or message—even outside of regular hours. My spare key and logbook arrived exactly when they said they would and everything about the process was spot on. With the great weather lately I’ve definitely been making the most of the 911!
